PolyGuru is a product of Guru Softwares Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@gurusoftwares.co.uk.

PolyGuru is an AI-powered research tool for prediction markets such as Polymarket. We analyze publicly available market data and web sources to produce probability estimates, which are compared to live market prices to surface possible mispricings.

PolyGuru is not a broker, fund manager, or financial advisor. No output of the service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All predictions are probabilistic and can be wrong. You are solely responsible for any trades or bets you place, including losses.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access prediction markets in your jurisdiction. If Polymarket or your local law restricts trading in your region, trading features will be disabled — you can still use research, tracking, and backtest features.

PolyGuru is offered as a subscription:

• Free — no payment, limited daily signals.
• Pro — $29/mo, with optional Sports add-on +$15/mo. A 14-day free trial is offered to new Pro subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly (or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to:

• Resell or publicly redistribute the PolyGuru analyses.
• Scrape the service beyond the documented API rate limits.
• Use the service for illegal or unlicensed gambling.
• Abuse the AI analysis triggers or manipulate the backtest data.

Prediction markets are speculative. The historical backtest statistics shown on PolyGuru reflect past performance only and are not indicative of future results. Losses can and will occur. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyGuru's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security/compliance risks. You may close your account at any time; on closure, your personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
