PolyGuru is a product of Guru Softwares Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@gurusoftwares.co.uk.

PolyGuru is an information and research tool for prediction markets such as Polymarket. We analyze publicly available market data and web sources using AI models to produce probability estimates and highlight potential mispricings.

PolyGuru is NOT:

• a broker, dealer, exchange, or money-transmitter;
• a financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling adviser;
• a tipster, betting syndicate, or guaranteed-profit service;
• affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket or any exchange;
• a platform on which you can place, settle, or withdraw bets or trades — we never touch your funds.

All outputs are probabilistic opinions generated by software. They are frequently wrong. No output of the service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice. You alone decide whether to use the information to place any bet or trade elsewhere, and you alone bear every consequence of that decision — including total loss of capital.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to access prediction markets and/or gambling services in your country, state, region, or other jurisdiction.

Prediction markets, sports betting, and crypto derivatives are restricted or illegal in many jurisdictions, including (non-exhaustively) the United States for unregulated offshore markets, the United Kingdom, France, Singapore, and others. PolyGuru does NOT verify, advise on, or guarantee the legality of any activity you conduct based on its output. It is entirely your responsibility to determine the legality in your jurisdiction before acting on any PolyGuru analysis.

If your use of any linked third-party service (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.) is illegal where you live, you must not use the research, links, or signals on PolyGuru to engage in that activity. Continuing to use PolyGuru is your confirmation that your activity is lawful.

PolyGuru is offered as a subscription:

• Free — no payment, limited daily signals.
• Pro — $29/mo, with optional Sports add-on +$15/mo. A 14-day free trial is offered to new Pro subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly (or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to:

• Resell or publicly redistribute the PolyGuru analyses.
• Scrape the service beyond the documented API rate limits.
• Use the service for illegal or unlicensed gambling.
• Abuse the AI analysis triggers or manipulate the backtest data.

Prediction markets, crypto markets, and sports betting are extremely high-risk. Most participants lose money over time. You should assume you will lose every amount you stake.

• Historical backtest statistics, AI confidence scores, and win-rate numbers on PolyGuru describe past sample behaviour only. Past performance is NEVER indicative of, or a guarantee of, future results.
• AI-generated probabilities can be and regularly are wrong due to hallucination, stale data, adversarial content on the web, or model limitations.
• On-chain prediction markets carry additional risks: smart contract bugs, oracle/resolution disputes, liquidity collapse, wallet compromise, stablecoin depeg, and regulatory seizure.
• If gambling or trading is or becomes a problem for you, stop using related services immediately and seek help (e.g. BeGambleAware.org in the UK, or your local equivalent).
• Never stake more than you can afford to lose in full.

PolyGuru is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

We do NOT warrant that any probability estimate, signal, mispricing alert, backtest statistic, or piece of content on PolyGuru is accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your financial situation. We make no promise of profit and no promise that any win rate will be repeated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PolyGuru, Guru Softwares Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for:

• any trading, betting, gambling, or investment loss of any kind, including total loss of your stake;
• any lost profits, lost opportunities, missed trades, or unrealised gains;
• any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• any damages arising from your use of or inability to use PolyGuru, the accuracy or inaccuracy of any output, errors in data feeds, outages, bugs, model hallucinations, or third-party actions (including those of Polymarket);
• any tax, legal, compliance, or regulatory liability you incur as a result of decisions informed by PolyGuru;
• any damages caused by a jurisdictional or legal restriction you failed to check.

If any of the above exclusions cannot be enforced under your local law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims combined, arising from or related to the service, is strictly capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP 50. This cap applies regardless of the legal theory of liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PolyGuru and Guru Softwares Ltd from any third-party claim arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your breach of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security/compliance risks, with or without notice. You may close your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time from your account settings; on closure, your personal data is deleted or anonymised per our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymised statistics, as well as records we are legally required to retain (e.g. payment records), may be kept.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where your mandatory consumer-protection rights require otherwise.

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox at signup, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use PolyGuru.
